That is great! Backpackers was started and continues to run because of the many volunteers, like you, who step forward to help. Please remember that you do not have to be some super-human to volunteer. God is the real power behind Backpackers working directly or indirectly through others; He will be the one doing the really hard work looking after everyone.
Our aim is to spread the Good News to as many children as possible. So every year we try to accept as many children as we can. This year is no different, as we aim to increase the number of children from 300 to 350. This can only be done if we have enough group leaders and so we are asking for more volunteers to help lead groups!
The different roles in Backpackers and brief descriptions are listed here. If you have any questions, you can email us or speak to your church representative if you go to one of the churches in CTFC.
